Dr. Bo Wagner shares his super easy recipe for yummy toasted almond brittle (gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free).
- 1 lb. roasted almonds, chopped
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup agave or 1/3 tsp. Dr. Bo’s Stevia
- 1 tsp. Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, and then in a bowl whisk 2 egg whites, the sweetener & the salt. Then toss the almonds in & coat nicely, place in tablespoons full on a parchment lined baking sheet & cook for about 20 minutes. Then take out & let cool & firm up.
Serves: 36 tablespoon size pieces
