I can’t start my day without:
5 Minutes of Fresh Air on my deck. I love breathing in crisp, fresh, morning air at 6am, looking over my yard and trees, listening to the birds, and focusing on my life’s purpose for that day.
To me, the first step to a healthy lifestyle is:
A positive mindset and picturing my goals. You can’t get to your destination if you don’t know what you want. Creating life goals and believing you can attain them helps me choose the right lifestyle choices to get there.
My go-to wellness weapon is:
Extra Vitamin A! The World Health Organization’s protocol for certain viral infections is high dose Vitamin A. So many children, who don’t eat their orange vegetables, don’t get enough Vitamin A. This supplement at the correct dose will eradicate any viral infection, including measles, mono, and the flu!
When I travel, I always make sure to pack:
Homemade turkey jerky. There’s nothing like protein to keep your energy high and cortisol boosted. Too many carbs and I crash. I need my energy up all day long to work with kids. Where’s my homemade turkey jerky!
My first piece of advice to you would have to be:
NEVER lose hope. I get depressed when I hear pediatricians or family members tell my patients to give up or that there’s no hope for their children to recover. There IS an answer. There must be. How would you feel if the cure was discovered, but you failed to try it?
