Jenny also shared the BIG secret for getting her son Evan to get his daily dose of vegetables and supplements – she blends them into sauces, smoothies and soups!
 
Here are 7 of Jenny McCarthy’s favorite things to make with her Magic Bullet:

1.    Butternut Squash Soup

1 cup steamed butternut squash
1 to 1½ cup veggie broth
Brown sugar and cinnamon to taste

 

 

 

2.    Veggies in Marinara Sauce

1 to 1½ cup marinara sauce
1 cup of steamed zucchini and squash

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.    Sugar Free Ketchup

3 tbs tomato paste
1 to 1½ tbs distilled white vinegar
1 pinch Stevia sugar substitute

 

 

 

 

 

4.    Chocolate Mousse

1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbs chocolate syrup

 

 

 

 

 

5.    Guacamole

1 ripe avocado
1 clove garlic
1 chunk onion (to taste)
2-3 cherry tomatoes
Lime juice to taste

 

 

 

6.    Salsa

6-8 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 chunk of onion to taste
1 cilantro to taste (optional)
1 jalapeno to taste
Lime juice to taste (optional)

 

 

 

7.    Fruit Smoothie

1 cup fresh fruit of choice
1 cup Ice
1 to 1½ cup milk or orange juice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
