Team GR Book Club Reads for March

It’s flu season! Which means we’re up-ing our Vitamin D intake here at GR HQ and following all the immune boosting hacks we can find. One way we stop on top of our wellness game is by reading the latest research on autoimmunity and functional medicine. As caregivers, we’ve come to realize that healing always begins with us, which is why we’re excited to share our GR Book Club picks for March!

These books are our reading list this month:

Food: What the Heck Should I Eat? by Dr. Mark Hyman

One of our favorite nutrition experts, Dr. Mark Hyman‘s book breaks down the basics of nutrition. With so much conflicting information out there, this guide helps clarify the chaos.
